JUGGLING WORKSHOPS
Mastering the art of juggling will give your students the THREE C's.  Coordination, Concentration and Confidence.

Our juggling workshop is a great way to add some spice to your physical fitness program.  We provide everything you will need and you provide the students.  Working in small groups students will learn the fundamentals of balancing and juggling.

We work with easy items so everyone will feel good about being able to learn the art of juggling.  Starting with peacock feathers,spinning plates and ropes all the way to juggling scarves and other items.  If some of your students already know how to juggle they can add some finesse to what they know and learn how to juggle or balance other objects like balls or pins.

Juggling is a  great form of cardio vascular exercise and also a wonderful way to reduce stress.
